About Me

I'm an Oxford graduate and keen cook who decided on leaving university that a career in food writing would be the right one for me. To this end, I began this blog and I've just finished a Cuisine Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu London. The blog's been on hold for a while, since the course kept me pretty busy, but now I have a few free hours a week I'm taking up the banner once more.


Please note that the blog's material is taken only from cooking I do at home. It is never based on material from the Cordon Bleu course.
